RadNet beats Q2 forecasts and raises full-year guidance
RadNet reported adjusted EPS of $0.29 for Q2 2026 on revenue of $622.7m, both well above consensus estimates, and posted an adjusted EBITDA quarterly record of $99.7m. Total revenue rose 25% year over year, driven by stronger demand for advanced imaging and a 56.5% increase in digital-health revenue; ARR nearly doubled to $105.5m. The company raised its full-year targets for imaging revenue, adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow. RadNet secures $250 million loan and lowers interest costs
RadNet has amended its existing credit agreement and taken on an additional $250 million loan, which is being combined with the existing facility (totaling $1.2087 billion) and matures on April 18, 2031. Quarterly principal payments will rise from $2.4 million to about $3.1 million. RadNet plans to use the funds for acquisitions, organic growth, healthcare partnerships and general corporate purposes. The interest rate has been cut by 0.25 percentage points (choice of Term SOFR plus 2.00% or an alternate base rate plus 1.00%), and the terms of the revolving credit line were also improved, strengthening the company’s financial flexibility with a cash position of $455 million as of March 31, 2026. » More on de.investing.com

The solution incorporates both FDA-cleared and CE-marked AI tools, can integrate with existing PACS/RIS systems, and supports all imaging modalities.
