Reconnaissance Energy Africa announces C$15 million bought‑deal financing

Reconnaissance Energy Africa has agreed to a bought‑deal financing of 20,548,000 units at C$0.73 per unit with Research Capital as sole bookrunner, producing gross proceeds of C$15,000,040. Each unit consists of one common share and one‑half warrant; whole warrants are exercisable for 36 months at C$0.93. The syndicate has an overallotment option of up to 15%. The proceeds will be used for a horizontal open‑hole sidetrack drilling program, production tests, and general corporate purposes and working capital; closing is expected on or about September 10, 2026, and is subject to regulatory approvals. » More on de.investing.com
