Scandic reported adjusted EBITDA of 105 million SEK for Q1 2026 and kept the adjusted EBITDA margin at 2.2% on net revenue up 3% to 4,689 million SEK. Net debt fell to 510 million SEK (leverage 0.2x), which is expected to keep the planned acquisition of Dalata’s operations in H2 2026 feasible. The company is advancing an expansion pipeline of 22 new hotels (5,230 rooms), plans eight openings in 2026, and positions the Scandic Go brand as a growth driver.
