Schweizer Electronic to switch listing from regulated market to Scale
The management board of Schweizer Electronic has decided to prepare the transfer of the company’s share listing from the regulated market (General Standard) to the Freiverkehr segment Scale on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and to file the necessary applications. The aim is to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens and costs while maintaining capital market presence; the shares will remain tradable via Xetra and Freiverkehr platforms. Schweizer Electronic sells 15% of China unit to WUS and revises 2025 forecast
Schweizer Electronic has sold 15% of the shares in Schweizer Electronic (Jiangsu) to WUS Printed Circuit (Kunshan) and transferred several Chinese patents to the subsidiary, resulting in a cash inflow of around €21 million. The purchase price is roughly €19 million for the shares and about €2 million for the patents; completion is expected in 2025. The company has sharply raised its 2025 forecast: equity ratio 20–25% (previously 9–12%) and net gearing -20 to +20% (previously 100–125%).
