SGH stock falls 10% despite stable profits and share buyback
For the year ended 30 June 2026 SGH reported stable adjusted NPAT of AUD 920m and EPS of AUD 2.26, with revenue down 2% to AUD 10.6bn. EBITDA rose 2% to AUD 2.1bn and EBIT rose 1% to AUD 1.6bn; operating cash flow improved and net debt fell by AUD 515m to AUD 3.7bn. The board increased the dividend by 3% and approved a market buyback program of up to AUD 500m. SGH reports stagnating revenues of $5.4bn for H1 2026 and a net profit after tax of $518m (+2%). Operating cash flow rose 32% to $1.1bn, EBITDA cash conversion improved to 98% and adjusted net debt fell to 1.91 times EBITDA.
