Siemens Gamesa aims for significantly positive cash flow in 2028

Siemens Gamesa intends to achieve a "significantly positive cash flow" by 2028 and is targeting breakeven for 2026, after the fiscal year to September showed a negative free cash flow before taxes of €1.75bn. The services business is expected to reach mid‑teens percentage margins in the medium term, CEO Vinod Philip said. Siemens Energy also plans to increase production capacity for power transformers and gas turbines by 30–50% by 2028 and has already reported orders for 8 GW of gas turbines in the first six weeks of fiscal 2026.
