Silvaco partners with Dassault Systèmes on digital-twin workflows for semiconductor manufacturing

Silvaco and Dassault Systèmes are jointly developing integrated workflows that link plasma simulation, feature-level process simulation and structural analysis for semiconductor manufacturing. The goal is to reduce handoffs between simulation environments, improve traceability from process inputs to manufacturing outcomes, and help manufacturers predict how tool conditions will affect wafer results. Silvaco reports strong revenue growth, misses non-GAAP EPS — shares fall after hours

Silvaco reported Q2 2026 revenue up 48% to $17.8 million and achieved an operating non-GAAP profit of $635,000, its first since the end of 2024. Non-GAAP earnings per share were $0.01, well below the $0.14 expectation, after which the stock fell about 9.6% in after-hours trading. The IP business grew 238% and bookings rose to $16.2 million; management expects roughly $17 million revenue for Q3 and more than $70 million for full-year 2026. Silvaco Group increases ATM equity program to $35 million

Silvaco Group expands its at-the-market program from the original $15 million to $35 million and, through Jefferies, can offer additional common shares worth up to $30.67 million. To date 752,744 shares have been sold, generating gross proceeds of about $4.33 million.
