Simon Property Group launches €500 million bond due 2031
Simon Property Group subsidiary Simon Global Development B.V. is issuing unsecured bonds with a nominal value of €500 million, a coupon of 3.650% and maturity in 2031. The securities will be offered outside the U.S. under Regulation S to non‑U.S. persons, are guaranteed by Simon Property Group and are intended to be listed on the Euro MTF Market in Luxembourg.
