Sirius Real Estate purchased 120,712 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange under its Employee Matching Share Plan, of which 117,187 shares were bought at £0.97361 and 3,525 shares at £0.97. Eight executives participated, including CEO Andrew Coombs and CFO Chris Bowman; after the transactions Coombs beneficially holds 12,579,060 shares (0.79%) and Bowman 1,030,437 shares (0.0647%). Sirius Real Estate has granted three executives nil-cost stock options from the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan for the year ended 31 March 2026.
