Stockland raises FFO, lowers gearing and announces data centre strategy

For fiscal 2026 Stockland reported a 10.4% increase in FFO to AUD 892 million and FFO per security of AUD 0.369, reaching the top end of guidance. Gearing fell to 22.7% and NTA per security rose 4% to AUD 4.39. Drivers included increased project developments, record settlements in masterplanned communities and growth in investment management; the company also secured 450 MW of data centre capacity in partnership with EdgeConneX. The stock jumped 14.44%; for 2027 Stockland expects FFO per security of AUD 0.38–0.39 with a stable distribution of AUD 0.252. » More on de.investing.com
