Swire Properties boosts profit in first half of 2026, shares fall
Swire Properties reported an adjusted profit rise of 11% to HKD 4.9 billion for H1 2026 and a recurring adjusted profit increase of 36% to HKD 4.7 billion, supported by residential sales, a strong retail business and two luxury disposals in Deep Water Bay. The interim dividend was raised by 6% to HKD 0.37 per share, while net debt edged up slightly and the gearing ratio remained at 14.8%; the weighted average cost of debt fell to 3.3%. Swire Properties: adjusted profit rises 27% on disposals, stock falls
Swire Properties reports adjusted profit of HK$8,620m for 2025 (+27%), driven by one-off disposal gains of about HK$7.3bn.
