Teekay Tankers reported Q4 GAAP net income of $120m ($3.47/share) and adjusted net income of $97m ($2.80/share), with full-year GAAP net income of $351m and adjusted net income of $241m. The company generated about $112m of free cash flow in Q4 and finished the year with $853m of cash, no debt, and a declared regular dividend of $0.25 per share. Management completed fleet renewal transactions, acquiring newer Aframaxes and agreeing sales of older Suezmaxes and one VLCC, and expects roughly $45m of gains from 2026 sales.
