Telenor posts strong final quarter: adjusted EBITDA +11.7% and portfolio clean-up completed

Telenor reported adjusted EBITDA growth of 11.7% in Q4 2025 to NOK 8.56 billion and adjusted earnings per share of NOK 2.21 (+89% YoY). Service revenues rose 2.6% to NOK 15.3 billion, and free cash flow before M&A reached NOK 4.1 billion (+33%). Telenor sells True stake to Arise Digital for around €3.4 billion and shares rise

Telenor has agreed to sell its stake in the Thai telecom company True to Arise Digital Technology for the equivalent of just under €3.4 billion. The news pushed Telenor shares sharply higher on the Oslo stock exchange and supported the European telecom sector.
