Telia Company Q1 2026: service revenues +2.1% and adjusted EBITDA +4%

Telia Company reports organic service revenue growth of 2.1% in Q1 2026 and an adjusted EBITDA increase of 4%, accompanied by a margin expansion to 39.8%. Free cash flow rose to SEK 1.9bn (rolling 12M: SEK 9.5bn) amid continued disciplined CAPEX planning of under SEK 13bn for 2026. Telia buys MVNO Telness and integrates Seamless OS into B2B offering

Telia acquires the Swedish MVNO Telness from Nordic Communications Group to strengthen its B2B business and will continue to operate the company under its own brand in Telia Sweden. Telness will continue to use its cloud-native platform Seamless OS; after completion of the transaction, Telia will be the first mobile network operator to deploy the platform.
