TETRA reports Q2 revenue up 7% YoY, advances Arkansas bromine plant and new Deepwater fluid product
TETRA reported Q2 2026 revenue of $185.7m, up 19% sequentially and 7% year‑over‑year, with adjusted EBITDA of $31.9m and income from continuing operations of $10.2m. The company approved final investment for an Arkansas bromine plant (funded partly by ~$108m equity proceeds) expected online in early 2028 to secure bromine supply and lower costs. TETRA launched TETRA Neptune Z‑Lite for deepwater completions, expanded TETRA Oasis desalination IP and advanced electrolyte sales for long‑duration energy storage; international and offshore revenues reached 10‑year highs despite Middle East disruptions. Management reiterated 2030 growth targets, highlighted lithium and magnesium optionality on its Arkansas acreage, and said base business trends are in line with expectations while Neptune projects could materially affect H2 results. » More on finance.yahoo.com
