At the Goldman Sachs conference Travel + Leisure confirmed a core plan targeting 6–8% revenue growth, EBITDA growth in the mid-single digits and double-digit EPS growth, plus a goal to convert roughly 50% of EBITDA into free cash flow. In July the company acquired Yes& Vacations and Spinnaker Resorts, adding about 100,000 owners and expected to generate roughly USD 50 million of additional EBITDA in the first year. Management highlighted better-than-expected H1 results, a 7% dividend increase, a 25% increase in share buybacks and a reduction in leverage of 0.25x. Travel + Leisure, through its subsidiary Sierra Timeshare 2026-2 Receivables Funding LLC, placed an asset-backed securities (ABS) package of $300 million with a weighted average coupon of 5.52%. Four tranches were issued: Class A $136m (4.98%), Class B $52m (5.19%), Class C $62m (5.63%) and Class D $50m (7.19%); the financing ratio was 98%.
