Travel + Leisure, through its subsidiary Sierra Timeshare 2026-2 Receivables Funding LLC, placed an asset-backed securities (ABS) package of $300 million with a weighted average coupon of 5.52%. Four tranches were issued: Class A $136m (4.98%), Class B $52m (5.19%), Class C $62m (5.63%) and Class D $50m (7.19%); the financing ratio was 98%.
