United Health Products secures $289,821 convertible note and $4m equity line with Alumni Capital
United Health Products entered into a senior convertible promissory note with Alumni Capital for $289,821, which provided the company net proceeds of $250,000, bears interest at 15% p.a. and matures on 31.12.2026. Alumni Capital may convert the outstanding amount into restricted shares at $0.06 per share, and its ownership is capped at under 9.99%. In addition, United Health Products agreed an Any Market Purchase Agreement for up to $4,000,000 in tranches through 31.12.2027; in consideration, warrants on up to 3,484,321 common shares with an exercise price of $0.075 were issued.
