VEON: new leadership appointments announced for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

VEON reports several personnel changes effective 1 April 2026, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals. Yevgeniy Nastradin will become CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan; Andrey Pyatakhin will move to chief operating officer and report to Nastradin. Jabbor Kayumov will become CEO of Beeline Kazakhstan, and Ahmet Kayhan will join the corporate center as chief officer for payments and digital assets.
