Villeroy & Boch adjusts 2026 guidance and lowers EBIT expectation

Villeroy & Boch now expects 2026 revenue to decline in the high single-digit percentage range and an operating EBIT of €50–56 million (previously €75 million). The rolling operating return on net assets is reduced to 5.5–6.5% (previously 8.5–10%). Operating investments are expected to total around €40 million. The dividend policy is clarified so that no more than the consolidated net income will be distributed; the minimum dividend will in any case be proposed. Villeroy & Boch restructures executive board, Gabi Schupp to step down on 31 May 2026

The supervisory board and CEO Gabi Schupp have mutually agreed that Schupp will leave the company for personal reasons on 31 May 2026. The executive board will be restructured into four members: Georg Lörz will take over Bath & Wellness and become the board spokesperson; Dr. Peter Domma will lead Dining & Lifestyle as well as Digitalization and IT; Dr. Markus Warncke will remain responsible for finance; and Esther Jehle will be responsible for Human Resources & Organizational Development and Operations in the Bath & Wellness area.
