At the Barclays conference, Church & Dwight said its evergreen growth model remains robust despite freight costs and cautious consumers. Church & Dwight and Clorox present contrasting dividend strategies
Church & Dwight raised its dividend 4.2% earlier this year and trades at about a 1.22% yield, positioning it as a dividend-growth play supported by management's 3–4% organic sales and 5–8% adjusted EPS guidance. The Clorox Company yields about 4.73% after a modest 0.8% raise, extending its 49-year dividend growth streak but signaling cautious future increases amid margin and consumer-spend pressures. The choice for investors comes down to immediate income (Clorox) versus longer-term dividend growth potential (Church & Dwight). » More on finance.yahoo.com
