Barclays raises price target for Henkel to €85, rating remains Equal Weight

Barclays raised its price target for Henkel from €75 to €85 but kept the rating at “Equal Weight.” Analyst Warren Ackerman praised the convincing first half of the year, but emphasized that Henkel still has to prove the portfolio restructuring justifies a higher valuation. Henkel raises sales forecast after first half

Henkel increased earnings in the first half despite difficult conditions and recorded organic sales growth of 4.7%. Management raised the sales forecast for 2026 to 1.5–3.5% excluding currency and portfolio effects; the adhesives business was revised up notably. The adjusted EBIT margin remains unchanged at 14.5–16%.
