Virtuix sees growth after launch of Omni One for Meta Quest
Virtuix said at a micro-cap conference that the June launch of Omni One for Meta Quest increased orders by 150% and materially expanded the addressable consumer market potential. Gross margin improved from -6% a year earlier to 25% for the fiscal year and 30% in the most recent quarter. The company holds $7.4 million in cash, has a monthly cash burn of $0.8–1 million, and is exploring acquisitions and defense contracts to accelerate growth. Virtuix Holdings switches auditors to EisnerAmper
Virtuix Holdings’ audit committee appointed EisnerAmper as the new auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027; M&K CPAS subsequently resigned its engagement. M&K’s audit reports for the years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025 contained no disclaimers or modified opinions, aside from a going-concern note, and there were no disagreements. Virtuix reported 2026 revenue up 18% to $4.3 million, a positive gross margin, but a net loss of $16.8 million. Virtuix expands revenue with Omni One, military contracts and medical technology
Virtuix reports more than $4m in revenue in the last fiscal year (+18%) and a gross margin of 25%. Production capacity of 3,000 Omni One units per month could enable roughly $100m in annual revenue at full utilization. The “Made for Meta” partnership provides access to about 6 million Quest users and accelerates consumer revenue; at the same time the company is advancing defense projects for the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.
