Vontobel: net new money inflow slows – institutional outflows weigh
Vontobel reports net new money inflows of CHF 1.9 billion for the first nine months of 2026, after CHF 3.2 billion in the year-earlier period and well below the AWP consensus of CHF 3.5 billion. Assets under management rose slightly to CHF 255.1 billion, supported by new money, positive currency effects and strong market performance. The slowdown was mainly due to net outflows of CHF 2.0 billion from institutional clients, driven by departures from the "Quality Growth" strategies and Futura funds; the private clients business recorded inflows of CHF 3.8 billion, and on an adjusted basis net new money would be CHF 8.4 billion. » More on finanzen.net
Vontobel offers participation certificate on Solactive Optical Networks Technology Index
Optical networks are replacing copper in data centers and driving growth in photonic components, transceivers and network systems. Rising demand from AI data centers and the shift to 800G/1.6T standards favor manufacturers such as Lumentum, Fujikura and Applied Optoelectronics, but also bring supply-chain risks and customer concentration. Vontobel is offering a certificate on the Solactive Optical Networks Technology Index, which tracks 15 companies across the value chain; investors should be aware of issuer and market risks as well as potential component bottlenecks. » More on finanzen.net
