Wharf Real Estate raises payout ratio significantly and lifts interim dividend
Wharf Real Estate announced an increase in its payout ratio from 65% to 90% of recurring adjusted net profit from 2026 and raised the interim dividend by 42% to HK$0.94 per share. The stock jumped 5.1% to HK$31.52, extending a two-day rally. Wharf REIC: adjusted profit rises 5% despite statutory loss
