DigitalBridge is voluntarily withdrawing preferred share series H, I and J from the NYSE as the company becomes an indirect subsidiary of SoftBank through a merger with a SoftBank unit. Affected are the 7.125% series H, the 7.15% series I and the 7.125% series J.
