B2Gold receives Menankoto permit, begins pre-stripping and narrows 2026 guidance

B2Gold approves buyback of up to 132.7 million shares

Toronto Stock Exchange approved B2Gold’s renewal of a normal course issuer bid allowing repurchase of up to 132.7 million shares (about 10% of the public float) from April 3, 2026 to April 2, 2027. Management says the program returns value to shareholders and signals confidence that the stock can be undervalued at times; buybacks will support the share price through regular purchases and cancellations.
