Hamborner Reit increases net profit despite decline in rental income

In the first quarter of 2026, income from rents and leases at Hamborner Reit fell 1.9% to €22.6 million, which the company mainly attributes to the sale of properties; on a like-for-like basis, revenues would have risen by 2.6%. The operating result (FFO) decreased by 1.6% to €11.7 million. Net profit, however, rose 10.7% to just under €2.8 million, aided by the sale of a property in Ditzingen.
