Hawesko updates forecast for fiscal year 2026

Hawesko lowers its 2026 forecast after weaker business performance in the third quarter. Expected revenue decline is now 2–4% versus 2025 (previously: up to +2%), operating EBIT before one-off items forecast at €23–26m (previously: €28–32m) and one-off expenses of up to €4m. Free cash flow is expected at €28–33m and ROCE at 9–11%. The first half showed group revenue of €274.8m (-3.6%), an increased gross margin of 45.2% and operating EBIT of €5.1m; the efficiency program FOKUS will be intensified and a transformation of the e‑commerce activities has been launched. » Plus sur de.investing.com

Hawesko Holding SE reports a 1 percent decline in revenue and a €2 million drop in adjusted EBIT for the second quarter of 2025. Due to the challenging market environment, the company has lowered its forecast for the full year 2025 and now expects a revenue decrease of 1 to 3 percent as well as lower operating EBIT.
