Diageo reduces workforce worldwide by over 6% as part of restructuring

Diageo has announced the appointment of R. Alexandra Keith as a non-executive member of the board of directors; the appointment is to take effect on 5 November 2026 subject to shareholder approval. Diageo to spend almost $1 billion to expand Guinness production

Diageo plans to nearly double global production capacity for Guinness over the coming years, investing just under $1 billion.
