Shareholders of Pan African Resources approved a final dividend of 37 South African cents per share; payment is scheduled for 9 December. At the same time a capital reduction plan was approved, providing for the dissolution of the capital reserve and the cancellation of shares repurchased in July 2025. Resolution 17 to disapply pre-emptive rights failed; several other proposals, including the re-election of non-executive directors and the authority to issue shares, received more than 20% votes against, and the company said it will engage with the dissenting shareholders.
