Acquisition leads to change of auditor at Sensus Healthcare

Sensus Healthcare dismissed Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs (BPB) and appointed Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) as its new independent auditor after CRI acquired certain assets of BPB’s capital markets business (effective Jan. 1, 2026). BPB’s audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024, contained no disclaimers, modifications or disagreements with Sensus. The company also reported that a previously disclosed material IT-related control weakness had been remediated as of Dec. 31, 2024.
