Softing closes 2025 with revenue decline and negative EBIT

Softing expects 2025 revenue of €84.9m (previous guidance up to €90m) and an EBIT of -€5.5m, weighed down by lower capitalized internal work and timing shifts with key customers. Capitalized internal work was reduced by €2.6m; operating EBIT stands at -€0.2m (previously expected €1.0–1.5m). The equity ratio remains at 49.8%; cash and cash equivalents fell to €6.2m. Softing approves cash capital increase of around 10% and places new shares with Noser

The management board of Softing, with the supervisory board’s approval, has resolved a cash capital increase of around 10% by issuing 992,588 new shares excluding subscription rights. The new shares were placed exclusively with Noser Management AG in a private placement at EUR 3.20 each; the price is 15.94% above the XETRA closing price on 16 March 2026. Gross proceeds amount to around EUR 3.2 million; Softing intends to use the net proceeds mainly to strengthen its equity base. After registration, the new shares will be admitted to trading in the regulated market (Prime Standard) without a prospectus; Noser and Rudolf Noser will together hold about 27.68% and Noser is subject to a 90-day lock-up. » Plus sur finanzen.net
