The NAV is below the preliminary figure after subsidies were recalculated following RPI/CPI; the stock trades at 93.45 pence, a discount of 29.8%, prompting a continuation vote at the AGM. Greencoat UK Wind has reduced its unaudited net asset value per share as of 31 Dec 2025 from 136.1p to 133.5p and changed its dividend policy so that dividends will in future be linked to CPI rather than RPI inflation. The move follows the UK government's announcement to link the Renewables Obligation system to CPI from 1 April 2026. For 2025 the company reported net cash inflow from operating activities of £291m, total generation 8.5% below plan, and gross disposal proceeds of £181m.
