Heliad posts preliminary IFRS profit of EUR 106.9m and NAV of EUR 298.1m as of 31.12.2025

Heliad reports a preliminary positive annual IFRS result of around EUR 106.9m as of 31.12.2025 and a NAV of approximately EUR 298.1m, equivalent to a NAV per share of EUR 33.08. The rise in earnings was driven mainly by the performance of its holding in flatexDEGIRO AG, whose share price increased from EUR 14.78 to EUR 36.74 and raised the carrying amount of the investment to EUR 188.9m. Under German GAAP (HGB), the financial statements show a net loss for the year of EUR 4.8m.
