New Concept Energy shareholders elect board of directors and confirm auditors
At the ordinary general meeting on 19 November 2025, shareholders of New Concept Energy elected Gene S. Bertcher, Richard W. Humphrey, Dan Locklear, Cecelia Maynard and Robert C. Canham II to the board of directors. Turner Stone & Company was confirmed as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025. The board reappointed Gene S.
