Noble cuts full-year guidance and reports Q2 profit near zero, shares fall

Noble reported Q2 results with adjusted EPS of $0.01, well below the consensus of about $0.19, and a net loss of $37m. Revenue was $720m (−15% y/y), slightly above the $710m estimate.
