Qt Group confirms full-year target after strong Q2 growth, shares jump 27%

Qt Group reported a Q2 net revenue increase of 19.6% to EUR 61.3 million and an ARR of EUR 160.4 million (up 33.8% on a 12-month basis). The shift to IAR subscriptions recorded a conversion rate of 68% and contributed to positive operating momentum, although operating expenses rose 31.2% due to restructuring and integration costs.
