RM forecasts significantly higher adjusted operating profits for fiscal 2025
RM expects, for the year ending 30 November 2025, an adjusted operating profit of around £11.5m (+34%) and adjusted EBITDA of about £16.6m (+21%). The core Assessment division recorded revenue growth of 20% and platform revenues rose by 17%, with a renewal rate of 98%. Total revenue from continuing operations is likely to be 2–3% below last year; net debt is expected at £50–51m and covenants remain met. RM plc raises £13.5m in oversubscribed placing of new shares
RM plc placed 14,210,527 new ordinary shares at 95p each, raising approximately £13.5m. The price was 5% below the closing price on 9 October; the new shares represent about 16.9% of the existing share capital. The placing was significantly oversubscribed, with several board members, including Helen Stevenson and CEO Mark Cook, participating.
