Schweiter Technologies: cost discipline keeps EBITDA stable in 2025 despite revenue decline

Schweiter Technologies reported net sales of CHF 904m for 2025, about 11% below the prior year, but was able to maintain an EBITDA of CHF 72m thanks to cost reductions and the sale of its bus & rail business. The operating margin fell to 8.3% and the company posted a net loss of CHF 10m, driven by one‑time charges from the disposal. The board proposes a dividend of CHF 15 per share; net liquidity amounts to CHF 56m.
