At the Canaccord Genuity conference ZoomInfo outlined a realignment: a stronger focus on AI offerings such as GTM Studio and a hybrid, usage-based pricing model to be introduced for new business at the end of Q3 and rolled out to existing customers in early 2025. The company expects declining revenue for Q3 but reports higher margins, stable free cash flow and improved customer retention in parts of the business.
