Tambang Mas Sangihe (“TMS”) or the “Company”) announces to shareholders in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange regulations and in response to market conditions, it has adjusted the pricing of its non-brokered private placement initially set forth on February 27, 2025. The Company is now offering up to 25,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a revised price of $0.04 per share, for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each unit will comprise one common share in the capital of the Company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant.
