Nighthawk Gold Obtains Final Court Order for the Proposed Arrangement

(TSX: ME) (OTCQX: MEAUF) (FSE: MOPA) ("Moneta") are pleased to announce that on January 30, 2024, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) granted a final order in respect of the proposed arrangement (the "Arrangement") between Moneta and Nighthawk under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
