Vext Announces Change of Auditor
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 5, 2025) - Vext Science, Inc. (CSE: VEXT) (OTCQX: VEXTF) ("Vext" or the "Company"), a U.S.-based cannabis operator with vertical operations in Arizona and Ohio, today announced it has changed its auditor from Reliant CPA (the "Former Auditor") to MNP LLP (the "Successor Auditor") effective June 4, 2025, until the close of the Company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
