Accsys Technologies issues 3.00m shares to settle bond interest

Accsys Technologies has issued 3,004,085 ordinary shares to two bondholders who opted to receive their accrued interest in shares rather than cash. The allocation was made under a bond agreement dated 23 November 2023 at a conversion price of €0.8322 per share; Teslin Participates received 600,817 shares (€500,000), De Engh 2,403,268 shares (€2m). Three other creditors chose cash payment; the company says the share option is beneficial to net debt on the balance sheet. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Amsterdam from 3 July 2026; the total number of voting rights rises to 246,674,698 and the company holds no own shares. » More on de.investing.com
Teslin Participaties raises stake in Accsys Technologies to 15.01%

Dutch investment firm Teslin Participaties has increased its stake in Accsys Technologies to 15.01% and now holds 36,529,654 shares. The reportable purchase of 456,173 shares took place on 23 January 2026, thereby exceeding the 15% threshold.
