AddLife reports stable Q1-2026 results and stock jumps sharply

AddLife misses revenue forecasts in first quarter

AddLife reported net sales of SEK 2.65 billion for the first quarter, below analysts’ expectation of SEK 2.74 billion; sales thus fell by 2%. Earnings per share were SEK 1.04, net profit SEK 128 million and EBITA SEK 332 million with an EBITA margin of 12.5%. Currency effects reduced revenue and EBITA by 4% each, organic growth was 3% and acquisition-driven growth 2%. AddLife raises margins and reduces debt – shares jump 23%

AddLife reports a currency-adjusted revenue increase of 2% for Q4 2025 despite negative currency effects and a slightly improved EBITA margin of 12.4%. Operating cash-flow growth was strong (SEK 1,392 million), net debt fell by SEK 773 million and the net debt/EBITDA ratio is now 2.2.
