Alkemy Capital grants 685,000 shares to executives

Alkemy Capital is awarding 685,000 ordinary shares (about 6.4% of issued share capital) to directors and senior employees of Alkemy and Tees Valley Lithium under a long‑term incentive plan. The issue price was set at £3.59 per share, based on the volume‑weighted 30‑day average price up to 5 February. Recipients include Paul Atherley and Sam Quinn (175,000 shares each), Vikki Jeckell (175,000) and Helen Pein (30,000); a further 130,000 shares are allocated to the management of Tees Valley Lithium.
