Altus Group: pan-European CRE values rise 0.3% in Q2 2026 — momentum slows

Altus Group reports a pan‑European increase in commercial real estate values of 0.3% quarter-on-quarter in Q2 2026, the eighth consecutive quarter of positive performance but weaker than Q1. Value gains were primarily driven by cash-flow improvements, while a continued rise in yields dampened growth. Altus Group acquires Valos and expands AI-powered valuation and lending solutions in the UK

Altus Group has announced the acquisition of Valos (U.K.) Limited. Valos operates an AI-native platform that automates workflows in commercial real estate valuation and lending and is already used by more than 20% of UK property surveyors.
