Alumis: Envudeucitinib achieves complete skin clearance in 54% of patients in long-term study
Alumis reports topline results from the ONWARD3 extension study: 54% of patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis reached PASI‑100 after 48 weeks of envudeucitinib treatment, and 75% achieved PASI‑90. The analysis was based on 773 patients in the treatment arms; an integrated evaluation of the 890 originally randomized patients showed 66% PASI‑90 and 47% PASI‑100 after 48 weeks. The treatment continued to show a consistent safety profile with no new safety signals.
