Aristocrat reports strong profit growth and expands buyback program

Aristocrat reported constant-currency revenue growth of 6% for H1 2026 and NPATA up 16% to A$794m; attributable EPSA rose 19% on a constant-currency basis. The company announced an expansion of its share buyback program by $1bn and an unfranked interim dividend of 50 cents. Management highlighted market share gains, AI initiatives and operating‑leverage measures expected to deliver about $100m of cost savings by FY27. S&P raises rating of Aristocrat Leisure to BBB after strong operational performance

S&P Global Ratings has raised Aristocrat Leisure’s corporate rating to 'BBB', citing strong operational results, increasing revenue diversification and robust free operating cash‑flow generation.
