Arrow Financial acquires Adirondack Bancorp for $89.1 million

Arrow Financial has agreed to acquire Adirondack Bancorp in a transaction valued at about $89.1 million. Adirondack shareholders will receive 1.8610 Arrow common shares plus $18.72 in cash per share, which, based on Arrow’s closing price, corresponds to $82.79 per Adirondack share. The combined institution would have pro-forma total assets of $5.4 billion and expand Arrow’s presence in northern New York to 58 branches. Rocco F. Arrow Financial posts record Q4 profit and raises dividend

Arrow Financial reported a record net profit of $14.0 million ($0.85 per share) in the fourth quarter and a net profit of $44.0 million ($2.65 per share) for the full year 2025. The quarter was marked by a record net interest income of $35.1 million and a net interest margin of 3.24%; the annual margin rose to 3.17%.
